On-site
Services
Coralogic desktop support
services are a great asset but unfortunately there are times
when remote support just isn't practical. If your computer
is not functional or lacks connectivity to the Internet your
technology consultant won't have the ability to connect to
your machine for troubleshooting. There may also be times
when physical hardware is involved and your computer may
need to be opened or equipment attached. In those instances,
Coralogic offers on-site services.
Through a partnership with literally thousands of service
providers, we have the ability to send a technician to your
location practically anywhere in the 50 states. Your
consultant can verify availability and pricing based on your
zip code and particular service need.

Typically or on-site services follow initial consultation
with your technology consultant. To keep expense and
response time to a minimum, it's often a good idea to work
with your consultant using desktop support when possible to
better define the need for an on-site visit. If work on-site
is warranted, the technician will have prior knowledge of
your situation and will be better equiped to serve you in a
timely manner. |
