Packages are based on the maximum amount of disk storage allocated to your account as well as monthly bandwidth usage.  Unlike many web hosting providers, we only believe in charging you for actual resources used.  There are no limitations on account features, all preinstalled software packages are available along with the same great level of service and support.

All of our hosting packages include unlimited email and web based technical support.  There is never a charge for help with your hosting account.  This support covers areas such as password resets, requests for assistance in accessing your account, questions regarding technical specifications for server software and/or hardware, etc. Charges for web development support will be billed at our hourly rate or quoted per project.
