Restrictions
The following is not
allowed on our servers:
- Pirated Software
- "Warez" sites
- Commercial Adult sites - Adult content is OK, but we dont
allow you to charge for it. You must follow all laws in
regards to the adult content.
- Any CGIs, other programs, or accounts that use more than a
fair share of cpu/memory resources
- Game Servers (you can have a website about a game, but you
cant run the actual server through us)
- Un-Authorized MP3's (An un-authorized MP3 is defined as an
MP3 to which you do not have permission from the copyright
owner to put on your site. An example of an Un-Authorized
MP3: MP3 from a CD your just bought, example of an
authorized MP3: you are a band and putting a promo song on
your site)
- Content to which you do not own the copyright, or
which you do not have permission from the copyright
owner
- Proxies (including but not limited web or IRC proxies)
- ShoutCast Servers: Due to bandwidth and server load issues

Background running programs/processes: We will allow some
to be run, but we ask that you ask permission first, also
your program can't take up more than a fair share of server
load
- Any other content that is illegal according to the
laws of the United States and/or the State of Florida
Coralogic management will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a
violation of this provision. Also any server abuse (any
attempts to undermine or cause harm to our servers or
another customer) is strictly prohibited. Our
servers are "un-monitored"; we don't monitor the
files associated with your account. However, if a
violation is brought to our attention, we will be
forced to take the appropriate action. We will make reasonable attempts to contact you before
we remove any content from your site.
